You may know my twin brother, Marion Moseby, who works at the Tipton Hotel.
Marion and I don't always get along. He was always doing his own little thing, like ballet classes, while I stayed on our mother's good side. I am nothing like Marion though, I'm Spencer Moseby, and my hotel is much better, but enough of that.
I am here to inform you about my wonderful job as a hotel manager.
I work at the Plaza Hotel in New York. Celebrities visit my hotel on a daily basis, and while many of them are very demanding, I always handle their complaints with care, and, most importantly, a radiant smile.
My job consists of supervising all of the departments, like housekeeping, the front desk, and the hotel restaurants.
I am always looking for ways to improve my hotel and make sure that its reputation stays impeccable.
While my job is lots of fun, I am under stress for most of the time, because things don't always go they way they are planned. Sometimes inexperienced employees book the wrong rooms for the wrong people, and that simply causes unwanted confusion.
The skills I put to practice at my job include number smarts and people smarts. I am constantly interacting with people and dealing with numbers.
The reason I chose this job was because I wanted to do something with my life, and be interacting with an audience. I am very comfortable talking to people. One of my faults though, is that I am quite bossy, but this job seems to suit this perfectly. It is a shame though, that my brother, Marion, cannot be as positive as me and had to PICK THE SAME JOB AS ME.
Anyway, the stars from the Help are coming to my hotel in two hours. I must go finish all the preparations for their stay!
Farewell,
Spencer Moseby (the real hotel manager)
The only successful Moseby is shown above.
Look at my pitiful brother!
